How amazing is Jake Gyllenhaal?

My favorite actor of all time would have to be Jake Gyllenhaal. I started watching his movies on my satellite tv (direct tv satellite hd) as a little girl. Fell in love with all of his work. My favorite movie of all time happens to be Donnie Darko which he was the star of. I fell in love with that movie for the fact that it was so creepy yet amazing at the same time. The fact that you have to actually pay attention to see what is going on and you can watch it over and over again and still be like wait what just happened always captures my attention. Its also a very dramatic movie with some romance and a lot of horror. It has a lot of elements that I really enjoy in my movies. Jake started acting at the age of ten with the movie October Sky. He has been in a lot of great movies including The day after tomorrow, jarhead, brokeback mountain and the goodgirl. In 2004 he was also chosen to be part of the rock the vote campaign.
